Bottom Loading Elevator Furnace utilizes resistance wire positioned on three sides of the internal chamber.It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering.

1.Descriptions of Bottom Loading Elevator Furnace：

Elevator furnace lining with high purity alumina ceramic fiber,and on the structure adopted special ceramic bolt structure,the temperature control by high precision SCR digital controller with accuracy +-1C and multi-segments programmable.it’s widely used materials annealing and sintering in your laboratory.

2.Features of Bottom Loading Elevator Furnace:

(1). Operation Temperature: 1600°C (1700℃ for short time).
(2). Compact furnace chamber with auto lift and drop tray.
(3). Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina
fiber ceramic insulation.
(4). Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
(5). PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
(6). Power control with 30 or 50 segments programmable.
